Christine has almost two decades of experience working as a Paramedic, Clinical field supervisor and has a masters degree in leadership and management.

Her experience has taught her the importance of humanity and respecting our unique capabilities. It has shown her how this strategic leadership can lead to better decision-making, stronger relationships, and a more positive work environment.

Her degree has given her a thorough understanding of leadership theory and how it pertains to actual circumstances. Because of this, Christine offers a comprehensive approach to leadership development by fusing her practical experience with her academic expertise.

Christine’s leadership development strategy is customized for each leader because she recognizes that individuals are unique. The consultation session starts by you being seen and heard about what is important to you and your vision for your leadership life.  Christine is highly intuitive and sees you as an individual that should be celebrated for the things that make you unique as well as the areas where you are following the written path.
