Meet Christine
Every single day I get to follow my passion and help leaders develop the skills and mindset necessary to inspire the people around them. I get to use my rare ability to see them deeply as individuals.
I help them by interpreting their individual human design body graph, their map in this life. I help them by teaching them to integrate their design into their everyday life.
I solve their problems with my ability to be a fixer.
I’m committed to helping people like you become the leader in your own life and beyond.
It wasn’t always this way.
Seventeen years of working as a paramedic and clinical field supervisor helped me develop strong instincts and a deep intuition and respect for people. It shaped me into a quick-thinking, decisive leader.
My friends and family call me a “fixer,” because you can drop me in a crisis and I’ll automatically look for the win-win solution.
But as much as I loved working as a paramedic, the role was pushing me beyond my limits. I became seriously ill—I was physically and emotionally exhausted.
I had reached total burnout. I decided I needed to step back from my career and focus on my health, and take a serious inventory of what was important to me in life.
I loved everything about mentoring and giving back, and it was fulfilling to watch proudly as many of my former trainees went on to become leaders themselves.
This realization inspired me to go back to school and earn a master’s degree in leadership and management.
Then I took all of my experiences as a leader in Emergency Medical Services and my struggles with burnout and I channeled them into my book Leader: The Journey To Become The Force Your Business Needs To Win.
But this wasn’t enough. I was still just following what I thought everyone wanted. I didn’t feel success. I didn’t love teaching people to lead from a cookie cutter playbook.
Something had to change.
I had to align to my own unique human design and to embody my true purpose as a mental projector. I had to step in and own my purpose as an outer authority that is here to guide the energy of others.
By aligning to my own design it has allowed me to do what I love every day. Now I continue that work in my leadership consulting and Human design coaching.
You can start your alignment now.
“Having a calm and capable demeanor is the foundation of strong leadership.”

Leadership Philosophy
Authentic leaders who want to excel in their professional and personal life must have effective leadership strategies. Self-leadership is the cornerstone of our leadership philosophy.
‘Mastering others is strength, mastering yourself is true power.”
Lao Tzu
Leadership is an amazing lifelong adventure that begins with leading yourself. You must know yourself and your human design analysis and integration can illuminate your individual path.
It is an opportunity to stretch yourself and learn from your mistakes. There will be opportunities to challenge norms and pave a new path. The foundation of fundamentals that you create for yourself will allow you to take on these challenges as they appear.
It’s vital that you know your leadership development program is a lifetime effort. Although I am not a perpetual coach my part will lay the foundation to send you on your path.
Leadership is not some overnight change that happens if you listen to the right podcasts or read the right book. It is the foundations you build, time you invest, and skills you learn. By working on the skills that comprise leadership, we believe leaders can learn to make difficult decisions with integrity and clarity.
Leadership is a challenging and rewarding endeavor. In order for you to serve as a role model, you must work to become a master of your own life.
